AVOID the cloud 9 spa at all costs, they get you in the door with coupon vouchers and then bait and switch prices, (which is illegal) then if you speak to the manager she plays dumb and won’t listen nor refund your voucher and you will have to pay cancellation fees. If you try to speak to guest services they say they can’t do anything about issues with the spa or casino since they are contracted

Wow. I will NEVER go on another cruise after this experience. Where do I start? First of all, we bought the Cheers package. They make it VERY difficult to even get a co*cktail. I don’t even think I got my money’s worth. The food was complete crap. Zero healthy options and the “bar type food, AND more so called elegant dining was horrible. I would at least like to enjoy fattening food if that is

I’ve been on other carnival cruises and this one was the absolute worst ship. This ships lacks things to do for entertainment both for adults and teens. The food was mediocre but worst of all this ship smells like crap, literally poo. Our room smelled so bad we had to switch rooms even after they said it was fixed. The hallways on the second and third floors smell like sewage. Customer service

I'm not sure about Carnival Cruises. I've been on three cruises with them; all to Catalina Island and Ensenada Mexico. The first two cruises were in 2017 and 2018 and the most recent cruise was May of 2024. Customer service was excellent, the food in the Lido deck was okay at best. I purchased the soda beverage package but of course that doesn't include bottled water. It seems like they're trying

This was our first time on this ship, though we have sailed with Carnival multiple times. For this trip, my husband and I were in an ambulatory accessible balcony cabin on deck 8, while our young adult sons were in an interior, also on 8. Boarding: the boarding process was smooth and speedy. From parking our car to parking our backsides on the Lido deck was less than 25 minutes. Such a

My husband and I just returned from a cruise on the Carnival Radiance. It was a 5 day cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada. We’re in our 50’s and have gone on pricey vacations and to be honest… I was very worried that this cruise was going to be a “booze cruise” or “low class.” I wish I could have read my review beforehand because……. This cruise was amazing!!! Just perfection. The food was

The ship wnas beautiful. Lots of food. However, i gave 2 stars because i used my debit card to buy a pack of cigarettes that was $70.00 and the lady said that the payment did not go thru. Make a long story short, the cruise made me pay again. I called my bank and they verified that the payment did go thru . The manager of the gift shop came and spoke with the lady at my bank and the mamager states

We recently returned to Carnival for a little 3-day cruise after 22 years. Our friends had received a $500 gift certificate from their kids and decided to use it on a getaway. Here are my thoughts on the weekend. The Ship: The Radiance was chosen for its departure port rather than any particular feature but turned out to be a bit of a surprise for a 25-year-old cruise ship. It was refitted a

I'll start this review by saying I hadn't initially booked this sailing, originally we were booked on the Panorama for the 9th of December but due to engine problems, the ship was dry docked. That being said we paid little to nothing for this cruise nor did I have many expectations as this was my first time sailing with Carnival. For reference, my first cruise was on Harmony with Royal, which was
