Loved my nail tech! Overall good experience! I went in today with my daughter I called and made an appointment yesterday so they were able to get me in quick which was awesome… one gentlemen did my daughters nails (she’s 9)and he was patient with her and cracked jokes the whole time told her what to do and not do to take care of her nails. My nail tech was the best! He was a little sassy but I liked it lol… his name is Tyson I came in with a design I wanted and he did it just as good if not better than the original. He took his time with the shaping but still only took about an hour from start to end full set. Highly recommend!

First time I went there the owner was very friendly. This time the owner got mad at me for asking for him to file my nails more. I didn’t know how to explain it and instead of trying to work with me about it he talked down to me and made me feel stupid. I asked his opinion about what I was getting and instead of helping he was rude. He complained about the certain French tip I got and when he asked if I wanted a pink base or clear I asked him what he thought would look better and he told me to pick. I haven’t gotten French tip so I wasn’t sure and again he got mad. He picked clear and you can see the discoloration from my nails being older. Instead of him seeing that and fixing it he continued knowing it looked bad. I didn’t want to speak up and get yelled at so I paid and left. I was one of two customers in there so he definitely had time but instead he made me feel like a complete bother.

My husband has a barbershop , so we understand qualities a business should have in the service industry.I called ahead to see what their flow was and they said come in an hour. They were ready for me when I arrived.Kim did an amazing job on both my mani/pedi and was so kind and her work was quality work!I’ve learned to pamper myself more since the crazy last year we had and I will be going to Sky nails from now on.Also, as an interior designer, I liked the quality of the furniture, design and fun chandeliers. Critical:PunctualityAlthough they do a great job and the salon is very clean, their timeliness is terrible! The past 2 times we have had appointments, we waited. The first time we waited a full hour, the second time we waited a half hour before we got up and left. What is the point of making an appointment if the time is not honored? Although they do a great job and the salon is very clean, their timeliness is terrible! The past 2 times we have had appointments, we waited. The first time we waited a full hour, the second time we waited a half hour before we got up and left. What is the point of making an appointment if the time is not honored? There are so many nail salons; we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The owner was rude and had a smart mouth.. I will never spend my money there again.. he did my nails two weeks ago and they didn’t not last. They were cracking on the side where I had to replace two of them. He started to huff and puff when he ran the nail tool on my skin and I jumped.. poor customer service.. the worst..Pedicure

Critical:PunctualityHad an appointment at 5 got in a chair at 530 a as left there for 45 mins “soaking” ask for certain style and my toes to match they forced me to.pick a color that didn’t match i was ignored when I tried to explain what i wanted and told to just pick a color. The nails where supposed to be pink to white they are white like a tooth. At the end one kids pedi and one pedi with gel and one full set $150? He just popped up was like ok u and ur son $150 all together where did he pull this price out of?
