Walked inon aFriday afternoon tohave mybike serviced with noappt. They looked over mybike and wetalked about what could beneeded ifanything other than the service. The different service levels were explained. Service could have the bike ready byMonday orthe nextday. Itwas ready the nextday! Happy with the service, trek members were helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable— atleast the members Iinteracted with. Plan togo there again for servicing when needed. I bought anassisted electrical bicycle and have pleased. Ienjoy riding the bicycle. Itis mysource oftransportation. Ireceived excellent directions onthe choices ofbicycles. Maintenance and repairs were done timely and conveniently. Irelly enjoyed riding mybike and services provided byTREX Bicycle ElDorado Hills and have recommended people tothe company.

Great job introubleshooting the noise myDomane SL5 was making near the front wheels. Andrew rode itand was able todetermine itwas because the headset wasn't properly lubed. Thank you TrekEDH!
